At our facility, we continually coat a large volume of industrial cookware. The idea of nonstick cookware has been around for quite some time, but it has expanded to include many industrial applications as well. Due to our vast experience with nonstick parts, rest assured that we only coat with the best non-stick coating in the industry. It is, of course, FDA approved and has been proven to be the most durable, long-lasting coating we have ever used. The coating can withstand temperatures up to 500°F before thermal failure, well above the cooking temperature of even the hottest appliances and cooking surfaces.
Using our time and experience-proven process, parts that are to be coated with our nonstick coating are prepared in the same way that parts are prepared for powder; they are burned off in our oven and media blasted during the prep process. The nonstick coating is a two part coating with a base primer going on first, followed by the non-stick topcoat.
We can just as easily coat an old pan with a non-stick coating as we can a new one. Being nonstick in the first place isn’t a requirement, either. Our nonstick coating can update your old cookware or refresh the service life of a used (or abused) pot or pan.
Some common applications of nonstick coatings include:
- Woks, Pots, Pans, and other cookware of all shapes and sizes
- Home and Commercial Appliances such as waffle irons
- Machinery Parts that are in constant in contact with resin, glue, or other contaminants
- Saw and Cutting Blades
